Learn how to earn rewards, redeem a discount and use it on your next order.

STEP 01
Check your points
Open the Rewards Program, or select Rewards Program from the website menu. Log in with the email address you used to place your order.
Points Balance
See your available points and the deadline to use them. Redeem your points before they expire.
View activity
Check your points history to see changes to your balance.
STEP 02
Choose a reward
Go to Spend Points to exchange your points for a discount coupon. These are the current redemption options:

than the standard redemption rate.

US$90 off
for 1,600 points
US$10 more value
than the standard redemption rate.
- Select Redeem next to the reward you want.
- Check the points required, discount amount and terms. Make sure the reward applies to the products and order you plan to purchase.
- Select the confirmation button at the bottom to complete your redemption.
Available rewards and redemption options are shown on your account page.
STEP 03
Apply your discount at checkout
Once you have redeemed your points, find your coupon under Your rewards.
- Select Terms to read the coupon's conditions.
- Select Copy code.
- Stay logged in to your account. Enter the code at checkout and apply it.
- Check that the correct discount appears on your order before completing payment.
Saving it for later?
You can keep a redeemed coupon for a future purchase. Check its terms and expiration date before using it.

When do purchase points arrive?
Purchase points are credited 4 days after you place your order. For other tasks, check your account page for the applicable conditions and rewards.
A BIRTHDAY BONUS
120 points for your birthday
Select Add birthday on the Rewards Program page and enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance.
Plan ahead: the 30-day rule
- At least 30 days before your birthday: you meet the advance registration requirement for that birthday reward.
- Fewer than 30 days before your birthday: you will not qualify for the reward on that birthday.
Adding your birthday does not award points immediately. This rule helps keep the program fair and prevent abuse.

Before you redeem
- Stay logged in
- You must be logged in to your account to use a discount redeemed with points.
- One-time purchases only
- These rewards do not apply to subscription purchases.
- Watch your points deadline
- Check the expiration date under Points Balance and redeem your points before that date.
- Review each coupon's Terms
- Check its expiration date, minimum spend and whether it can be combined with other discounts. The checkout page may show additional prompts about eligibility.
- Check your planned purchase
- Make sure a reward is eligible for your products and order before redeeming your points.
