How do l know that my order has been successfully submitted?
When will my order be shipped out?
Please allow 2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. The tracking number will be sent to the email address where you registered your account. General goods take 1-2 weeks and 2-3 weeks for toy guns.Usually our products are shipped free of charge, but there are some countries that cannot be shipped through normal logistics, so a shipping fee may be charged.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can conveniently track it on our website via the link provided, or also use the third-party service 17Track: https://www.17track.net/en.
If you see "Not Found" or no updates when tracking your order, please don't worry. This is common in the shipping process.
Typically, after your order leaves our warehouse, it takes 3–5 days to be handed over to the carrier. The carrier will scan the package upon export and update the tracking online, which may take an additional 1–2 days.
Therefore, it can take 5–8 days from when you receive the tracking number for continuous updates to appear.
The following situations are normal and may cause tracking to pause:
- During international transit and customs clearance: After the package departs from China and before it arrives in your country, tracking may not update for several days. The package may be in queue for customs clearance or awaiting pickup by the local carrier—this process can take 3–7 days.
- For US shipments using new logistics systems: Some packages to the US may show only one scan until USPS receives them. This is normal. Once USPS picks up the package, you will see ongoing updates, which also means your delivery is approaching.
